Union greed and laziness is killing this country. They have outlived their usefulness. Fifty or sixty years ago they were a good thing, but now they are nothing short of organized crime.
While I agree that the baker's union may have been the nail in the coffin here, keep in mind that this company has more debt than it was valued at, in addition to a number of other issues.
