Learned this years ago at my first Flight Instructor revalidation clinic. Most people walk around in Condition White. As Flight Instructors, were given yellow dots to put on our little binders we had in the planes. It was to remind us to be in Condition Yellow. I use these same principles in teaching Kung Fu San Soo relating them to their belt color.
