I happened to pick one of these up finally at an auction last evening. I think I might have found it cheaper online but none the less I am happy to have got it. Now to make some soon. I had them a few years ago at a family reunion where one of my cousins made these. She and her family live in a Danish community and that is where she learned to make and eat them.

Loved these as a kid... And if I ever hear the words "Pancake Puffs" again...
