"Celtic Integration" - This handcrafted wood pen features a double Celtic knot crafted of intertwined padauk and maple rings. It's unlike any Celtic knot handcrafted wood pen available and a stunning tribute to the Celtic tradition. The wood of the shaft is a rich black walnut, inlaid with the intertwined padauk and maple rings that make up the double Celtic knot. The pattern was created in a multi-day process before the wood pen was shaped by hand on a lathe and sanded up to 10k grit. The wood received a treatment of 100% pure tung oil to bring out the grain before it was coated in 9 durable layers of high-gloss cyanoacrylate. The pen was fitted in a gun metal gray click-pen setting. It features high-gloss black plastic nib, and the ink cartridge writes smoothly in black ink with its ballpoint tip.
