Grilled Bratwurst Skewers

These skewers are easy to make and grill. You can create wildly different variations by using different sausages and sauces. Chicken sausage and teriyaki sauce are a good one too! These can be made ahead and kept in a cooler if you're going to be cooking them on the beach or at a tailgate. These are great to make for an easy camping dinner.
