Just found this (8 months late) and I appreciated it because I could relate.
I agreed quite a bit with everything since I've gone through this process already and used similar principles with a specific approach. I believe that you write your own material so I'll offer the four points for how my journey went.
    1. Squat and or deadlift triple your body weight. The work and research needed to achieve that goal without injury will forge you in fire. Everyone does upper body but the development of true strength comes from working on muscles that so not show up in a mirror. (Physical)
    2. Develop a set of principles by which you live and view life. What are the three or four values (must not exceed four due to the need for brevity) that influence everything you say, do and think. Assume at the beginning that everything you believe is wrong so you have to "prove" your values before you can accept them. The search for and refinement of these principles will develop critical thinking skills necessary for mental stability. (Mental)
    3. Never stop the quest for physical strength and mental development. The constant mental refinement and physical development will increase spiritual awareness of both self and others.
    4. I've found it is the little details, the daily tedium that must be kept up with to properly develop these things. The attention to the constant all details are what creates lasting positive change and develops the alpha traits, good men, effective leaders and great fathers.

That is just my approach to the issue. I appreciate that you are out there writing and encouraging the development of good men. This topic rang true to me and I just felt the need to share. You are welcome to use anything I said or dismiss it completely. Thank you, keep doing good work.
