Fees and licensees are a direct infringement on the 2nd. It's no different from fees and licenses needed to exercise your first amend right (which is no doubt coming).
Gun control is about control.

Politicians will use any means to take money for their (failed) entitlement programs. Just tell us the truth, you want guns gone and you want to create more easily controlled sheeple.
Registration means confiscation.
