The gal with the AR-15 was a bit slow. She should have been able to accurately do that in about half the time she took. Still, this was an effective demonstration about the power of the "safe" hunting firearm vs the unnecessary and evil AR. They are both designed to do the same thing and at that range can be equally as effective.
