Convention of States, perhaps. I see no way for those who caused the mess (Washington: Congress & Presidents) to be able to fix it. I also would predict a Convention of States to cause great distress among the ruling/media class and be demonized like no other movement ever seen in this country. Doesn't mean it shouldn't be done though.
