    Thanks for the link! I think "happiness" as a mood is certainly important. And I consider myself a pretty cheerful guy. So I do think it's great/crucial to carry yourself with happiness and joy toward others. But where I draw the line is when people start talking about happiness as this be-all, end-all goal in life. I just don't think it's possible to hang onto a constantly-happy state of mind, and it's important to understand what happens when you're not happy and how to deal with it. Does that make sense?
