I've been wanting a thermal leak detector since our home inspection in February. Never knew they existed. And who hasn't watched their hand drill wander off course before the drilling was done? Brilliant! I have a gutter blaster at the house in SoCal but no water to shoot through it! Dammit! $500 fine if DWP sees me using that.
