You have got to wonder about the psychology behind saying to one's self, "Hey I should really sue that child for hundreds of thousands of dollars."

Gotta love how she wore the black wristband to the trial... the break happened four years ago. (If suing your own nephew wasn't enough evidence to her character.)

I wouldn't say justice prevailed. The lawyers got paid handsomely. The defendants were out tens of thousands of dollars just to defend. The only winners were the lawyers.

She was suing so the insurance company would pay the bills - wasn't seeking money from the kid. It's a great example of how jacked up the insurance industry is.
