OK, yoo hoo! Mr. Contrarian here. I only just heard about this website when a baseball blog I read mentioned it had closed. But they said it was different because it was ALL sports. Now this description of it as an pop culture info-center? Guess what, if I want to be told how to think I'll watch the clown car that is MSNBC. I have no interest in the latest gay or bi-sexual athlete. I want athletic excellence, not a site that hands out participation awards. If, someday, I can only get the direct info I want by only checking Baseball-Reference(.com, or similar) then I will just have to forego all the trade rumors and so on. This site is no loss to me because I want sports, not social engineering.
