thanks. i'm def going to try this. the first alcohol i ever had was mead made my some lithuanian immigrants. it was delicious. i was 15. neither i nor my parents had any idea it was alcohol (well, in retrospect i'm thinking my dad must have known, but played dumb) i got quite a buzz. mama was not amused.

I've been saving up for a beer brewing setup, but I may have to give this a try while I'm waiting!
