You can almost feel the excitement amongst the beer illuminati. Personally I welcome the rise of Marzen, Kolsch & even a real olde, world UK favorite in the milk stout (Mackeson's anyone??). I'm already overly wary of grapefruit beers. Delighted in the potential demise of pumpkin flavored beer (and everything, except pie). And truly scared at the potential flood of gose beers.

Your description of this tack mirrors my sentiments *exactly*. I love a marzen-style lager (see: Octoberfest) and Kolschs. And let's put a stop this gose madness before it goes full-on outbreak.
