I imagine this is vastly upsetting to both trans and disabled people. I'm generally of the opinion that people can do whatever they want to themselves, but drawing comparisons between wilfully mutilating yourself for the sake of it and undergoing surgery to correct essentially a birth defect is pretty dodgy!
For physically disabled people, I could see this as a huge insult, and I would consider this a "punchable offense" from anyone with a legitimate physical disability. The worst part is, the "transabled" can't donate body parts to those help those who do need them. If a donation process was in place where the transabled could help fix someone else's disability, that would be the opposite of this "fucktardery".
(I'm still trying to wrap my head around the "gender fluid" but that's another issue)
