True!
It always blows my mind when people say "fast food isn't healthy". What really should be said is "What I choose to order at a fast food chain isn't healthy" because one can choose to eat pretty healthy at nearly any fast food chain these days.
My Jalepeno Double at McD's is a much lighter option (fat, carbs, calories, etc.) than a "healthy" steak burrito with fixins at Chipotle.
