I was happy when I heard about this ruling. I don't know if this is a flaw on my part, or a lack of intellectual honesty, (I haven't felt much upon it) but I find myself wanting too see people like this accommodated: Sikhs, Buddists, Jews, any religion that isn't trying to force itself or its practices on others. I find myself sideing with them when they request something unique. I think the difference is, Sikhs, to my knowledge aren't trying to make anyone else wear a turban and a beard.

I lived around a large Sikh population when I was out in CA, and they were some of the nicest most gracious people I've interacted with. I appreciated their general value for manners and family structure as well. Just my observation.
