I'm not into team sports, so may have a biased perspective, but in CA at least, everywhere I see Raiders garb or stickers on cars, 90% of the time I associate them with gang bangers. They wear their pants down to their knees, ball caps on backwards, talk with a 200 word vocabulary and look and act like they either just got out of the pokey or are looking to get in.
