Got to the web version (https://earth.google.com/web/) and use the Voyager tool. Very cool. The Galapagos Islands tour even takes you underwater.

The version you reference is only available to be viewed in a Chrome browser.

Well, that sucks. But given that Chrome is a Google product, it does not surprise me. That probably also means it runs better on Android phones.
