My current home - while kinda charming - is not very smart. In all seriousness, it is like 50-something years old and has a wall right inside the door that lights up. Yes, for real!
But our next home (whenever that comes around) will not be quite as dumb as this one. So I'm starting my wishlist of stuff to add to that next home here.
