1) Men don't wear skirts
2) Women don't wear tactical duty skirts
3) sales will probably be slow
Second thoughts...
1) hiking would be cooler in this thing and I don't care what you think
2) If I had any, I wouldn't let my wife wear my skirts

And it's not a skirt. It's called a kilt because if you call it a skirt it could get you kilt... (See what I did there?)
