    I have the BBQ Guru CyberQ II which controls two pits as well. Both are great brands and used by the competitive BBQ guys. It changes the way you cook for sure.

    A friend of mine sold his guitar to buy the stoker (he does better bbq than he did music anyway). Says it makes the stall a non-issue. Love that it tracks your stats too!

    I can put a pork shoulder on the smoker the night before then set it and forget it. Get my drink on, get a good nights sleep and wake up to a perfect pit/meat temp. Wrap it in foil and towels inside a warm cooler for a couple hours and be eating pulled pork for lunch. Damn, now I'm hungry.
