I worked in a call center, and we were forced to multitask. Now that I have retired I don't think I'll ever be the same...I'm ruined for life!

That's hilarious Mike. I strive to keep my brain flexible. I do twenty minutes of Lumocity after I get home form the gym each morning. It really helps.
