Beer Butt Chicken

It’s easy. Just get a chicken and crack open a can of Budweiser and stick it up its backside and stuff some fresh thyme in its neck. Make sure it’s Budweiser. Why? Well, why waste good beer by boiling it on the BBQ?

We're using tall Miller's. Like you said, don't want to waste good beer...

This stuff is actually really great. Made it many times before. I usually use a Coors original.
