I'd start with the 5 Love Languages, read as a couple. Then read Every Man's Battle. Can't think of two more influential books in my 15 year marriage, save my Bible. Wished I'd have had these books day one.
I think Love and Respect is the most eye opening on marriage. There are small group DVD studies based on the book which are also great and explain it well. Congrats on the engagement!

This is on my list... I can't decide if I want to read this or The Meaning of Marriage by Tim Keller first.

This is a great book. I'd also recommend Sacred Marriage by Gary Thomas.
