From a food cart in Portland, Oregon. Miss Kate's Chicken Biscuit Fried Chicken marinated in brown sugar and hot sauce, batter in special spices, deep fried till golden brown, and maple glazed. Placed on a golden biscuit with bacon gravy, egg and to slices of bacon.
