Hello. I was born in Wisconsin, so that automatically makes me a beer-drinking, brat-eating, Cheesehead. I've also lived in Crested Butte, Colorado. But now I call the Arizona desert my home where I live with my wife Mirelle and son Lucas. I like to grill meat, sample wine and beer, travel, hike, and enjoy new experiences with new people. In the past, I've been a ski & snowboard rental technician, cook, pizza maker, bartender, produce department manger, liquor department manager, and a wine selector. Bacon on the grill
I like cooking thick cut bacon on the grill. I start it on foil and sprinkle it with steak seasoning. Then I finish it off on the grill. mmmmm
