(where else but Brooklyn?) start with big, juicy, organic Kirby cucumbers bathed in a semi-sweet apple cider vinegar brine. Then they add the magic, including the afore-mentioned McKenzie Rye Whiskey from Finger Lakes Distilling in upstate New York, plus garlic, dill, chili peppers and other spices.
