This is Vintage Bausch and Lomb Microscope can be dated to 1945. It is a heavy black metal with brass accents. It is very special because it comes with the original wooden case. Trays on the top hold accessories (lenses etc) and there is a handle on the top for easy carrying.
Case closes nicely, we dont have a lock to lock or unlock it but it closes and stays shut nicely.
The overall condition of this beauty is VERY NICE.
No damage or brakes that we can see upon inspection (but we are not scientists)
There is normal wear from age and use.

1 Box of heavy duty GLASCO microscope slides made in USA from American Glass (probably more than half full and then another size added inside this box)

most are still blank but someone has taken blood samples and dated them on a few,
some say blood unidentified (could be interesting) these are dates to 1954 on the slides when used
