I am typing on my laptop right now, and I happen to be doing so in 80 degree heat. While I have air conditioning my laptop has one of those plastic USB fans underneath it that is sort of keeping it cool.
Now I am glad that I can throw the plastic piece of crap away and get the fantastic Slate Mobile Airdesk. Constructed from one block of pure premium bamboo, the Slate Mobile Airdesk is perforated to allow air ventilation to reach your laptop and probably stop it from exploding. The station also includes a generously thick mouse pad and a docking station for a smartphone or tablet. This looks like a real high end piece of design, but amazingly it costs just $68! via
