Can't imagine a more important man in the 20th century or one of the greatest men and minds in world history. A central figure in physics as well as sociopolitics, it was Einstein himself who alerted Roosevelt the need to win the race to the atom bomb leading up to World War II.
Einstein had a hand in leading the world into the rest of the century and beyond; so much so, in fact I doubt most will ever truly understand his full contribution. A truly fascinating historic figure to take the time to know.
