I would predict that the majority of the vacancies at the bottom are in EFL, not the most stable or profitable profession. If you find a 12 month contract anywhere in EFL you're also rather lucky - Sept/Oct to June is the norm without holiday, healthcare or pension. The wages can be higher than stated in good months though not by a huge amount.
