Shotguns are easier to "aim", but the Vice President is gravely mistaken that they are easier to use, especially for most women. As the video demonstrates, shotguns - especially those capable of firing 12 guage loads - are quite heavy and have a recoil unmanageable by most women. Now, going down to a .410 00 buck, with something like a Judge, would work much better.
Still, of greater concern is the fact that this man thinks he has the authority to tell us what we need and don't need. This is especially disconcerting with regards to our 2nd Amendment rights. Shame on him.
