I was at a street fair in my hometown a few months back and one stand was selling crochet clothing. The guy operating it was wearing a crochet onesie. It was terrifying.

  Look. We tried this stuff in the '70s and it didn't work. If you want a throw-back style, try powdered wigs or doublets. They don't look as goofy.

    My mom made that exact brown/yellow/tan pattern in a very uncomfortable and scratchy throw blanket for me about 40 years ago. For those reasons, I'm out.
