I don't see a span of 24 days of being indicative of anything the author was attempting to conclude. It almost reads like the attempt of a manipulation to create a self-fulfilling prophecy, though in the world of finance, perception is often more consistent than reality.

Yes, it reads like one of those full pager "articles" in the newspaper with the word advertisement printed in one of the corners in 5pt type.
