I don't live in an area where I find myself on a bus or subway often, but it's truly sad that this is common.

The first time through TWO pregnancies!
This is a situation where a woman is completely justified in saying, "Men Suck".
We're not raising gentlemen like we used to.
My Son rides the Metro in Portland. He often regales us with stories of giving up his seat only to have people stare at him.
For about ten years I rode the train, bus and L to and from Chicago and offered my seat to pregnant women and the elderly often. Okay, when I hadn't fallen asleep on the bus or L but still...
