With my Trager, burgers take 2 hours to cook. But it's worth the wait. The burgers turn out great. Simple recipe: Ground 80/20 beef Mix 3/4 beef with 1/4 pork sausage Worcestershire sauce Hard Core Carnivore Black or Salt and Pepper 1/3 of a Baby Belle mushed up and put in the middle Grill on the Trager for 2 hours at 180 degrees
