What do you actually light on fire to start this? Do you stuff kindling of some kind into the middle and just light it? I can't believe how awesome this is! How long would this burn?

The only problem I can see with this is that as the fire works its magic, it could collapse, sending your dinner into the pits!!

I don't usually take a chainsaw with me when I go camping, but this is a pretty cool idea.

FYI - this does work. Not much in the way of temperature control though.
