I know that as a coffee lover I am supposed to like Blue Mountain, but I just don't see the big deal. What is considered smooth I find flavorless. I carry this burden with me every day. Please do not think less of me.

true flavor profile is not spectacular, but the uncanny smoothness is what you're after.
