The Water Discus Hotel will contain two living areas that look like UFOs, one disc above the water level, and one below it. Above water, guests will enjoy a luxurious restaurant, spa, special recreation area, multifunctional lobby built inside an enormous rooftop seawater swimming pool, exotic garden, and screens hanging on the lobby walls – showing diving activities happening around the underwater part of the complex.
