Just as an FYI... I am in a state where this is unavailable as I cannot have any spirits directly sent to me. Woodinville does sell the barrels (sans whiskey) in their online store for about $65 after tax. There are plenty of unaged, white whiskeys on the market. Find your favorite and give this a try if you are in the same situation as me!

This is very high on my list to purchase. How awesome would it be to have people over and hand them a glass of your own, aged whiskey?
