Been wrestling with this myself a bit. I know John Piper doesn't own a gun because his family is saved, but the intruder probably isn't. That's well and good for him, but what about families with members that aren't? He also said that if there is an intruder, you (the man) had better stop him. But what if you are overpowered? That leaves your family vulnerable. Can't wait until all things are made new...
That's interesting about Piper. Yeah there is definitely a lot of evil in this world... It is good to know that other people are thinking about this too. Thanks for sharing!

identifying the different levels of responsibility is a start. Who we are responsible to and for. this is a good start for a conversation.
