CareerBuilder.com asked employers about the strangest things they've seen candidates do during job interviews. Here are the top four . . .

#1.) Road rage: One candidate actually cut off the interviewer in traffic on his way to the interview . . . and FLIPPED HIM THE BIRD.

2.) Got arrested: Employers often conduct background checks, which will tip off federal agents if there's a federal warrant against you. And one candidate actually got taken into custody DURING THE INTERVIEW.

3.) Vandalized the building: After interviewing for a security job, a candidate was upset that he wasn't offered the position immediately . . . so he spray-painted graffiti on the building after he left.

4.) Brought props: In one case, a job applicant brought a how-to-interview guide TO the interview. Obviously this one's not as bad, and you should read up on interviewing beforehand . . . but don't bring that stuff with you. It looks amateur.
