Not especially low-profile. If I was a bad guy and saw a dude wearing this, I would think, "shoot him first."
If low profile is not your intention... this looks like solid gear.

I don't think high speed low drag is the point here, but when you want to carry in the wild and your backpack makes a side holster impossible this is a good solution. I jumped a bear backpacking a while ago and I would have felt better with my XD on my chest in something like this. Not a jogger but can see this as an option for a runner alone or in the dark for protection also.
