If women want to be equal, than everything should be equal. Right now in my branch women get the same pay as men, and now can have the same jobs as men, but aren't required to meet the same physical standards as men. I'm all for equality, but it needs to be with everything.....not just the things women want to be equal in.

I hear you. It seems like our society is all about equality these days, but also love double standards.
I'm actually a much bigger fan of "Equity" which is to say 'distinct, but of equal value'. People should not be treated the same, because we are all different, but rather we should be treated as though we are equally valuable.
