May try this sometime, I usually fry my wings for the crispy texture but baking them would be a lot less work. This recipe also goes slightly sweet which I've never tried. Instead of sweet, I typically use chilli powder, lots of paprika, and maybe a little cayenne. Sweeter may be a nice break from the norm.
