I just finished commenting on a 'mint' that had something to do with a new virtual game world where the player's character can explore a virtual environment and interact socially with other virtual players. The whole concept is fraught with negative implications for society in my estimation.
Needless to say, this article was an affirmation that indeed, some people still value and desire ACTUAL community and real social interaction.
