Billie Millin landed at Sword Beach in Normandy in 1944 armed only with a set of bagpipes. Amazingly he was unhurt after walking up and down the beach 3 times, playing on the advancing Allied troops. His story is almost unbelievable.

Stunning. I looked up and listened to the songs that he piped on the beach head. I cannot even imagine that. Thank you for sharing this story.
