Nice find. Fortunately I can check off every one of these and I am not yet 50 (but I am very, very close). I personally would not need #19 as I approached the right woman 25 years ago and have managed to keep her.
One thing I would add is how to properly load/handle a firearm. Even if you do not own one or do not care for them, it is important to know how to use one should you ever be in a situation where you are forced to do so. Kind of like driving stick. You may not drive one every day but in the event of an emergency, you will be glad you now how.
